Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to project start date. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it does go towards your final balance.

Response

In order to not surpass our expected deadline, both parties must respond within 48 hours (unless reasoning discussed). If I receive no response within those 48 hours, then the service will be cancelled with no refund.

Refunds

No refunds will be issues by any means. However, I will absolutely work to ensure that you receive a final product you are more than satisfied with.

Copying

I will not by any means copy another artists work. I will work with you to use it as inspiration and create a different piece from that, but I will not copy anyone else's work.

Prior to start

Prior to the start of the project, please be sure to thoroughly read through the project contract, invoice, and description before signing. I must receive said documents along with any media necessary within 7 days prior to expected project start date (unless previously discussed).
